How To Use

Recommended Dosage & Usage

Basic Preparation:
Mix 1–2 servings (2–4 scoops) of Vitargo® with 200–400 ml of water in a shaker. Stir for 1–2 minutes, then add more water to reach your desired volume and stir again.

For Weight Training

Pre-Workout:
Take 1–2 servings before training or add to your pre-workout for enhanced energy and a powerful pump.

Post-Workout:
Take 1–2 servings after training or add to your BCAA drink to support rapid same-day recovery.

For Endurance Training

Carbo-Loading:
Mix 1 serving in 600 ml of water. Begin loading 3 days before competition. Take 2–4 servings daily between meals while maintaining your regular diet—no need to overeat.

During Prolonged Exercise:
Consume 1–2 servings mixed in 200–400 ml of water per hour of activity.

For Team Sports

Before Match Day:
Drink 2–3 servings the day before competition.

During Exercise:
