How To Use
Mixing a Serving
As a dietary supplement mix 1 scoop of creatine in 250ml of water, juice or your protein drink of choice.
For ideal creatine absorption, creatine should be mixed with a sugary liquid as the resulting insulin release increases the creatine uptake.

Creatine Loading (optional)
Creatine works best when your muscles are at full creatine saturation. Creatine loading is taking higher volumes of creatine until muscle saturation is reached.
Take 4 servings of creatine per day for 7 days. These servings should be equally spaced, with 1 serving being pre/post workout.
Creatine Maintenance
After you have completed the loading phase:
On training days: 1 serving of creatine should be taken post training (can also be taken pre-workout)
On non-training days: take 1 serving of creatine on an empty stomach
